Sharing with clients
Click Share board, choose how long the link should stay active (7, 14, 30, 90 days, 1 year, or never), confirm you have the rights to share the material, and copy the link. Send it however — email, Slack, iMessage. Recipients open it in their browser and can play, comment, and react without signing up.
Sonva uses a master link — the same URL stays valid even when you unpublish + re-publish, extend, or change duration. You won't get a new URL to chase down for every action.
Recipients can leave timestamped comments by clicking anywhere on a clip's waveform — useful for pointing at "the reverb tail" or "that hi-hat at 0:12". They can also react with ✅ or ❌ per clip, which is faster than a comment when you just want a yes/no signal. All feedback shows up instantly in the desktop app on each clip card.
To stop sharing, open the Share dialog again and click Unpublish. The link returns a friendly "expired" page; existing recipients can no longer see your content. Unpublish is always available regardless of plan — your data is your data.
